Lounge while sipping hot toddies. The forest is your backyard! Strap on your snowshoes or grab a sled and go on an outdoor adventure. Sunlight floods the open-concept living space through massive windows. Exposed wooden beams adorn the living room, dining area, and kitchen. After dinner, challenge your friends to a game of foosball or Jenga. End your day with a hike to catch the view of the incredible sunset. If you're looking to hit the slopes, Diamond Peak Ski Resort is less than a 10-minute drive. Alternatively, venture out to Secret Cove, Chimney Beach, or Boaters Beach for sweeping views of Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is the perfect place to connect with nature. Turn off your phone, close your MacBook, and escape to Sugar Pine! Parking Details: 2 car garage. 2 cars will fit in the driveway. Please note that this home does not have AC. *Please note that patio furniture is not available during the winter. Also, the dining is set for 8-10 guests. Chains will be required to reach the area by car during the Winter months. Please also note that refunds will not be given out for weather related travel issues getting to the home.* We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
