The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest hereby indemnities hold harmless homeowner for all damage to person or property of guests and invitees including cost of defense and attorney's fees. ** Guests who book will be held accountable of any damages, theft, etc., if it happened during the stay. ** For the safety of our guests, home and neighbors, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the home. Please let us know if you have any questions. Cameras – Locations: 1. Front Entry Door 2. Above Garage Door 3. Rear Exit Door ** It’s is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside the home will result in a non refundable $500 fine! No exceptions! ** No parties or events. No exceptions. There is a $1,000 fine. **Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of the neighbors. **One pet under 50 pounds is allowed at a charge of $200. Pets must be crated if left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess pet hair in home, stains or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged additional cost to clean this. You must clean up all dog hair on day of checkout. ** Check in is at 4 pm and check out at 11 am. ** Pillows for the outdoor lounge set are in the pillow box on the patio. Please return the pillows to the box after you used them. ** Only use appliances for their intended uses. DO NOT leave appliances on while not in use. Turn off gas to grill when not in use ** Gas/charcoal grill/ fire pit: Gas (none provided) supply is to remain off except while grill is in use. Do not place flammable items near grill or relocate grill. Allow grill to cool before replacing cover. Same applies to Charcoal (none provided for the grill. The grill is stored in the garage. Guest have to move it to the patio if they like to use it. Grill must be cleaned and returned to the garage prior to check-out. If not, a fee of $30 will be retained from security deposit. ** Garbage: All garbage must be moved into the outdoor can prior to check out.
