The pool isn’t heated, but brave guests who love a cool plunge will enjoy it. Pet-friendly, fast Wi-Fi, and an easy drive to IAH, Downtown, NRG, and the Med Center. This is a fully furnished home which includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, driveway parking spaces, high speed wi-fi, washer & dryer, full kitchen, and a large, fenced-in outdoor area with a private pool. Pets are welcome! -Every room has its TV -Bedroom 1 has a King bed -Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed -Bedroom 3 has two Twin beds -Bedroom 4 has two Twin beds -The living room has a Full-Size sofa bed *No parties of any kind allowed *You must not exceed the allowed guest count without prior Host approval *If you bring a pet, you must clean up after your pet, including but not limited to all of your pet's bodily waste, or additional fees will be incurred. All of the home is available to you except for the locked kitchen closet. We are not present in person but I try to get to all messages within 30 minutes at the most, but typically within a few minutes if not instantly. Tucked on a quiet street in Southwest Houston, this home puts you close to everything—minutes to Westpark Tollway, Hwy 6, and Beltway 8 for easy drives across the city. Head to Sugar Land Town Square for shops, coffee, and date-night dining, or explore Bellaire Blvd’s global eats. Craving green space? George Bush Park and Terry Hershey Park offer miles of trails, lakes, and picnic spots. Groceries, Target/H-E-B, and everyday essentials are all nearby. It’s a relaxed, convenient base for work or play. Getting around Car: Easiest option here. Quick access to Westpark Tollway, Hwy 6, and Beltway 8 for citywide drives. (Note: toll roads are cashless.) Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are reliable day and night—great for dinners in Sugar Land/Westchase or a Galleria trip. Public transit: METRO buses run along major roads like Hwy 6/Westheimer/Bellaire; use the METRO Trip Planner for the nearest stop and timing. Bikes/Trails: Neighborhood is fine for short rides; longer paths at George Bush Park/Terry Hershey Park. Parking At the home: Free driveway. Street: Typically free and easy on residential streets—please don’t block driveways or mailboxes and follow any posted signs. Out & about: Malls and venues (e.g., Sugar Land Town Square, Galleria) offer garages/lots; some charge during peak times/events.
