Welcome to Houston! The apartment has been recently upgraded and comes with everything you need for a great stay. The space has been curated for both a short-term and long-term stay in Downtown Houston in a great modern apartment. You’ll be close to all of the local sights and sounds and benefit from a safe, secure, deep-cleaned space to chill out and relax in. Bringing extra guests is great – there’s no additional nightly charge, just a refundable deposit for them! Quiet Hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 Essentially treat this like a home-from-home: no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning. Anything broken or damaged, you will be charged for, please let us know in advance. A full summary is available before you check-in House Rules Pet Info - Cats and dogs are welcome, certain dangerous breeds are restricted, proper approval and screening are required. - A pet fee of $15 a day is charged up to 15 days. - 7 to 13 nights = $99, 14 to 27 nights = $199, $399 for 28 to 44 nights, $499 for 45 to 89 nights, 90 to 180 nights = $599, 181 or more nights = $1000.
The Price is based on up to 4 people sharing the apartment you can bring extra guests for only $20 per person per night. - $15 per day + additional Pre-Authorization hold for each service animal not registered with the city, and each pet. No charge or hold for service animals registered with the city.
- Guests under 21 are allowed after review and with double (2x) Pre-Authorization holds from the amounts listed above. — The below rules serve as an agreement between you (the Guest) and us (the Host) for use of the listing. You agree and understand that these rules apply to you and your entire party, and agree and understand that you are ultimately responsible for all actions from you and your group. You are required to read, agree, and sign off on these House Rules before arrival. Since building security will not let any unregistered guest in the building, you agree that check-in instructions will be sent to you only after you provide the names and date of birth of guests that will be in the listing at any time.
