Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. - Smoking is not allowed on the premises. - Non-Refundable Pet Fee $170.75 (Tax Included) Pets are allowed with written permission only. Maximum of 1 dog. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty. - The booking Person must be at least 25 or older. - The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost.
