This charming 3 bdrm 1.5ba home look like it came straight our of a fairytale with it's castle like shape. It has lots of backyard space with a fenced in yard for your children to play in. This home has 3 bedrooms. One on the main level and two on the 2nd floor. 1 king bed, two bedroom have queen beds, and the last bedroom has two queen sized beds. In the basement is our workout equipment. You will have full private access to the entire house and you will access the house via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email. We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by e-mail or text during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Thinking of a getaway? Easily accessible by Car, Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service is readily available in this area. Important Information Renters must be over 21 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 10:00 PM. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the space, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 and evicted from the property immediately. NO SMOKING Amenities include free WIFI, Smart TVs w Streaming Apps, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can.
