Trash & Recycling Rules: All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup. Incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee. Grill Reminder: If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise, it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
