Collection of quality furnished apartments and well maintained homes offering basic amenities for your stay.
My partner and I are getting ready to spend a year on sabbatical and we are hoping to find the right fit for our home here in beautiful Holyoke, MA. This 200+ year old brick house with an original slate roof has ample room for our family of three, as well as visitors who often come to stay. With a large, beautifully renovated kitchen, a cheerful dining room, cozy and serene living room, as well as three bedrooms and an office on the second floor, our home is a wonderful place in all seasons. The home will be fully furnished and ready for you to settle into. It currently has a playroom and a nursery, but we are happy to reconfigure those rooms for someone who doesn't have children. We've been here for five years and appreciate the architectural charm, the mature trees along our street, our fenced-in patio, our small but bustling garden, our kind and respectful neighbors, as well as the incredible sunlight we get at all times of day. Built in 1897, the house has some quirks - older windows, plaster walls, as well as a dry but unfinished basement (complete with a fieldstone foundation). There are two full baths, laundry on the first-floor, closets in every bedroom, as well as patio furniture to relax in the warmer months.

Holyoke is a wonderful little city with more cultural and racial diversity than many of its neighboring communities. There is a growing effort to revitalize downtown and there is a long list of local organizations doing incredible artistic, cultural, and economic work all over the city. We're about 1.5 miles from the Holyoke Mall, which has all the big box stores, as well as Ashley Reservoir, one of the most gorgeous natural settings in all of western Massachusetts. An intricate network of trails weaves through and across the reservoir itself, making for a beautiful scene in all seasons.
