EXTERIOR
Enjoy the very private outdoors at Peacock Way. There is a grill station with dining table by the front entrance area. Walk along tropical landscaping to the back yard pool area. Splash away in your private pool that can be heated. Lounge, relax in the sun or read a book! There is also another table setting for your al fresco eating pleasure.
Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower!
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 4 people
There are two parking spaces in the driveway.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
