EXTERIOR
Sunbow Bay 108 is located within the Sunbow Bay community. This community is located off East Bay Drive and is located approximately 0.3 miles to the closest beach access. The community includes several amenities including two heated pools, tennis courts, sound access with a kayak launch, and an area to store your kayaks and bikes, elevators in the buildings and storage room with beach amenities. The property includes access to a community fishing pier with a fish cleaning station. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to the local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

Minimum stay: 28 nights and Maximum occupancy: 4 people

There is one covered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does require an application and fee of $100.00. This complex does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks or RV parking.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. This property requires a 28 night stay in compliance with the condo association.
