The expansive backyard is a plain, open space, allowing guests a private area to enjoy outdoor activities or soak in the surrounding tranquility. A lovely screened-in lanai, complete with comfortable seating, serves as a protected nook for guests to relish the fresh air, enjoy a leisurely beverage, or simply relax, undisturbed by the outdoor elements or insects. A Little Free Library in the front yard adds a touch of community spirit, inviting guests to exchange books and share the joy of reading. The possibility to rent both sides of the duplex provides friends or families the opportunity for a communal yet private stay, making this home a subtle retreat for those looking to experience simplicity and repose.

Seaduction AMI A is a pet friendly property for dogs. Certain breeds are excluded. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each stay. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
