Double ovens, gas stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender. All kitchen utensils and essentials such as silverware, glassware, dinnerware etc.
Master Bedroom:
King size bed, TV with Firestick, En Suite Bathroom with shower, large closet.
Bedroom #1:
Full-over-queen bunk bed, TV with Firestick, dresser.
Bedroom #2:
Queen size bed, TV with Firestick, large closet.

Living room with 65" TV. Dining table seating 8 guests. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer. We provide all linen, bath towels, and pool/beach towels. Pack and play are available for an extra fee per day.

Important things to note:
No events and/or parties and/or large gatherings allowed. Please be aware that there are cameras in the exterior front of the house. There are "excessive noise" detectors in the interior and exterior of the property. Noise violations are strictly enforced by the City of Hollywood.
Pool is not heated.
We provide a starter supply of amenities upon your arrival, such as: paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. The property is self-serve during the stay.

Maximum # Guests 6 Adults. Children over 10 years old will count as adults.
There is a pool alarm installed for children's safety, this alarm cannot be altered, tampered with or removed at any point during the stay, even if there are no children staying on property. Tampering with pool alarm and/or noise detectors will incur $500 PER device. You are responsible for keeping children safe, neither nor the property owners are liable for any accidents during the stay.
No doors or windows should be left open for more than 5 minutes at any point in time while AC is ON.
Garbage must be disposed of in garbage bags inside appropriate trash bins, as well as recycling. No garbage to be left outside of trash bins, in or around the property at any point in time.
No parking on lawn grass or on the street at any point in time.
Please be respectful of neighbors and their properties at all times.
