Incredible 4BR/ 3 Bath Home with Private Pool The Space: Bedroom 1-King bed, dresser, closet, 40 in TV, attaches to full bathroom (w/tub and shower) also shared with hallway. Bedroom 2-Queen bed, dresser,closet, 40 in TV Bedroom 3 - Two queen beds, dresser, 40 in TV and attached full bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 - King bed, dresser, closet, 40 in TV, and attached full bathroom with shower. Has door that leads directly to patio area outside. Kitchen- fully stocked with place settings for 10 people, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, and cooking tools, and bakeware. We also have small appliances including a hand mixer, mini food chopper, blender, toaster, coffee maker. Outdoor-private pool, fire table, propane grill. Guest Access: Please note - all door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and Wifi info will be sent to via a LINK. Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to home and backyard except any locked doors or any doors marked "Designedvr Staff" Interaction with Guests: We are available through message forums 24 hours a day for questions and have property management personnel locally to help with any concerns. We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However, in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code. Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of check-in) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us.
