In this beautiful apt you will find everything you need for a beach getaway. It has a fully stocked kitchenette, beautiful modern furnishings a queen bed and a pull out sofa for 2. This unit DOES NOT have a parking space. It has a city parking pass for free on-street parking anywhere in Hollywood so you may take the pass and find a space on the street or any metered space. The Space: This unit is located on the first level and has one bedroom and one bathroom, and sleeps up to 3-4 guests. Just steps away from beautiful Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. We supply all bed linens, bath towels and 4 beach towels. We also supply starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We can supply children's items such as pack n play and high chair upon request. Approx 325 sq ft Bedroom-1 queen bed Living room- pullout sofa for 1-2 The living room and Bedroom EACH have a 40" ROKU SMART TV. (no cable tv) Kitchenette-Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, cutlery, coffee, tea, creamer and spices. Two burner stovetop and microwave. Parking-The unit comes with a city parking pass for free on-street parking. there is no designated space. Your pass is located in your room and you can retrieve pass and then find a space on the street. Guest Access: Guests have access to entire apartment except for any locked doors marked "DesignedVR Staff' and the back door to balcony is to remained locked. Interaction with Guests: We offer a self check-in with keypad entry. The Neighborhood: We are located approx 1/2 block from the heart of the Hollywood boardwalk. Short walking distance to Margaritaville night life and restaurants. Located: 7 miles from Ft Lauderdale international airport 2 miles or 5 min drive from Diplomat Hotel and Conference Center Getting Around: Uber is readily available in this area. Other Things to Note: NO designated parking space. We provide you with a city parking pass that gives you free on-street parking anywhere in Hollywood. Check in time is 4pm Checkout time is 11am Please note* No daily cleaning service available. -----HOUSE RULES ----- I have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in my Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help me as A host by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document. *Please note early check-in/late checkout fee is $15/ hr before or after designated check in/checkout times and only when possible.* Overview I ask that you treat my Home as if it were your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. I also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as I have a close relationship with my neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Parking Please park your vehicle in the space marked with your booked unit number. Please display parking permit by hanging or placing on your dash. We only have 1 space for most of our units, so additional guests must find parking on the street (and pay the meter for it).**Please note.. any vehicle not displaying parking permit will be subject to towing at owner’s expense** Locking Up Remember to lock up when you leave and at night. This is for your safety! Although our rental is in a safe building. we take security very seriously. Please lock all doors and do not share access info with anyone. Smoking NO SMOKING! The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash after wetting the end. I appreciate your compliance!
