The Space: This spacious and newly renovated home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Sleeps 10 guests. All new bathrooms, a gorgeous king suite addition with new furnishings, beds, and linens. The main living are has a large plush comfy sectional sofa with a dining area for 8 nearby. Updated kitchen with new cabinets, back-splash, and appliances. Gorgeous outdoor space with fenced in backyard with mature trees, natural stone swimming pool that is heated, and fire-table make for your own private oasis. Comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor dining set beneath a covered patio area. We can provide a pack n play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier. We provide bedding and towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pool safety fence can be set up upon request. **Please note: This home is in an family friendly and quiet community. We have close relationship with neighbors and as such, quiet hours between 10pm - 8am must be observed outside and at the pool area. This means that there can be NO MUSIC or YELLING and voices MUST be kept at a low and respectful level. In addition to quiet hours, voices and noises have to be kept at a respectful level at all times while staying at the home meaning no noise can surpass the property perimeter lines. Any neighbor complaints or evidence of noise level rules not be followed will result in immediate cancellation of reservation.** Bedroom 1- Brand new master suite, with two queen beds, closet ,dresser, full attached bath with double vanity, beautiful stand in shower. Bedroom 2- King bed, dresser, walk in closet, attached full bath Bedroom 3-Queen bed, dresser, closet, Bedroom 4-Queen bed , dresser, closet Additional Full bath located in hallway with tub, shower and double vanity. All bedrooms all have 40 in Roku (smart TV), to watch all streaming channels, (Hulu, Netflix etc) NO CABLE. Living area- main living area with large sectional sofa with 55 in Smart (Roku) TV. (No cable), additional sitting area in the step down living space that leads to patio. Kitchen-Completely renovated with all new appliances, gorgeous granite counter-tops, and ample sleek cabinetry and a Fully stocked with all the dishware, cookware, pots and pans you would need to prepare the perfect meal. Also stocked with coffee, tea , creamer and spices. Dining-dining area seats 8 guests at large dining table. Outdoor area-Natural stone pool; heated, with bubble spa. (Please note the bubble spa heats to the same temperature as the pool). Also a free-standing hot tub. Comfy outdoor furniture along with pool-side loungers. Propane grill available for your use. Outdoor dining table for 8 beneath a covered patio. Quiet hours by city ordinance is 10pm-8am, at this time, we will ask guests to move their outdoor activities inside the home. NO music permitted outside past 10pm. Laundry-Washer and Dryer available for your use. Located off the kitchen. We supply detergent.
