The Space: This spacious home boasts 5.5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. One bed is a bunk bed off the master suite which would be ideal for little ones. Newly renovated with new furnishings, beds, and linens. The main living are has a large comfy sectional sofa with a dining area for 8 nearby. Updated kitchen with new cabinets, back-splash, and appliances. Fenced in backyard with mature trees for your own private retreat. Comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor dining set beneath a covered patio area. We can provide a pack n play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier. We provide bedding and towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pool safety fence can be set up upon request. Kitchen-Completely renovated with all new appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, and ample sleek cabinetry. Fully stocked with all the dishware, cookware, pots and pans you would need to prepare the perfect meal. Also stocked with coffee, tea , creamer and spices. Dining-dining area seats 8 guests at large dining table. Outdoor area-Heated pool. Comfy outdoor furniture along with pool-side loungers. Propane grill available for your use. Outdoor dining table for 8 beneath a covered patio. Laundry-Washer and Dryer available for your use. We supply detergent. Driveway-2-3 cars Guest Access: Please note - all door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and Wifi info will be sent to via a LINK. Guests have access to home and backyard except any locked doors or any doors marked "Designedvr Staff" Interaction with Guests: We are available through message forums 24 hours a day for questions and have property management personnel locally to help with any concerns. We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However, in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code. Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of check-in) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us.
