Our newest getaway spaces- newly renovated and furnished has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Located just a half block away from the ocean, the boardwalk and nightlife. In this beautiful apt you will find everything you need for a beach getaway. It has a fully stocked kitchenette, beautiful modern furnishings, a queen bed, twin trundle bed, and a pull out sofa for two. Assigned parking space makes it easy to come and go. The Space: This unit is located on the second level and has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and sleeps 4-5 guests. Just steps away from beautiful Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. We supply all bed linens, bath towels, and 4 beach towels. We also supply starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We can supply children's items such as pack n play and high chair upon request. Approx 325-350 sq ft Bedroom1 -queen bed Bedroom 2-Trundle bed-one to two guests (preferably children) Living room- pullout sofa for 2 The living room and Bedroom EACH have a 40" ROKU SMART TV. (no cable tv) Kitchenette-Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, cutlery, coffee, tea, creamer and spices. Two burner stovetop and microwave. Parking-The unit comes with ONE designated parking space. No Exceptions. Any unauthorized vehicles parked in another units space will be towed at owner's expense. Guest Access: Guests have access to entire apartment except for any locked doors marked "DesignedVR Staff'. Interaction with Guests: We offer a self check-in with keypad entry. The Neighborhood: We are located approx 1/2 block from the heart of the Hollywood boardwalk. Short walking distance to Margaritaville night life and restaurants. Located: 7 miles from Ft Lauderdale international airport 2 miles or 5 min drive from Diplomat Hotel and Conference Center Getting Around: Uber is readily available in this area. Other Things to Note: -Absolutely no smoking and no parties, and no unauthorized guests. -Quiet hours outside must be observed between the hours of 11pm-8am which means no slamming doors, loud voices, as to be respectful to other guests and neighbors. - -Check in time is 4pm Checkout time is 11am Must climb steps as unit is on second level. Please note* No daily cleaning service available. Your unit will have ONE assigned parking space, we do not have extra spaces. Any additional vehicles will need to find street or garage parking and pay. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners expense. -----HOUSE RULES ----- I have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in my Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help me as A host by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document. *Please note early check-in/late checkout fee is $15/ hr before or after designated check in/checkout times and only when possible.* Overview I ask that you treat my Home as if it were your own property. I also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as I have a close relationship with my neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Parking Please park your vehicle in the space marked with your booked unit number. Please display parking permit by hanging or placing on your dash. We only have 1 space for most of our units, so additional guests must find parking on the street (and pay the meter for it).**Please note.. any vehicle not displaying parking permit will be subject to towing at owner’s expense** Locking Up Remember to lock up when you leave and at night.
