New furnishings, stunning accents , and comfy new beds will ensure a comfortable stay. We love the accents of this home with its vintage touches and fully stocked spacious eat in kitchen. Close to Hallandale beach, Hollywood beach, and tons of shopping. 10 minutes from Aventura mall and 5 minutes to gulfstream casino and shopping. The Space: The home features a beautiful living room with sleeper sofa for 2. Bedding provided. Also fully stocked eat in kitchen and dining area. The mid-century modern flair adds charm and beauty to the setting in each room. Bedroom 1 - KING bed - ensuite bathroom - 2 full closets,dresser, TV Bedroom 2 - Queen bed - access to pool - full closet ,dresser TV Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds, dresser, tv , own a/c system. Home has 2 living spaces, dining and large pool. Pool is heated and features a tanning shelf great for little ones. **Please Note** Due to Broward County's new & enhanced Covid enforcement, we are required to have 24 Hour Patrolling Security. Interaction with Guests: We are available 24 hours a day with our guest communications system. Just write through the message board in the channel in which our guest books We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code the time will Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of checkin) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us. We will check ID of every guest wishing to enter home, especially if the person that did the reservation is not at the property yet.
