The Space: This amazing home is a newly renovated space with new designer furnishings throughout, you will truly feel like your on a high end luxury beach vacation. We supply all bed linens, bath towels and also starter sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We can also supply baby items such as pack n play and highchair upon request. Kitchen-Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots and pans. It is also stocked with spices, coffee, teas and creamers. Ample cabinetry and plenty of counter space. *Bedrooms 1-4 are located upstairs. * Bedroom 1 Sleeps 3-Huge Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub and double vanity, and outdoor balcony. Pull out sofa sleeps one guest/child. Bedroom 2/ Sleeps 2-Queen bed and en-suite bath. Bedroom 3/Sleeps 2-Two full size beds with en-suite bath. Bedroom 4/Sleeps 2-Queen bed and en-suite bath. Bedroom 5/Sleeps 6-Downstairs with 2 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa that can sleep 2 guests. Half bath located downstairs. Bathrooms-Each upstairs bedroom has an attached bathroom, and there is a half-bath also located downstairs on the first floor. Dining Room-Dining table and chairs for 8 guests. 4 pull up bar chairs to kitchen bar area. Game area-located downstairs off kitchen and has foose-ball, air hockey and also a gaming station. Outdoor-Tiki hut with outdoor TV, propane fire-pit, propane grill for your use, and plenty of outdoor seating. All TV are Roku TV (No Cable). Roku uses Netflix, Direct tv, Hulu, or any internet based movie/tv service. You may use your own streaming accounts. Guest Access: Guests have access to entire home and backyard. Interaction with Guests: We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code the time will Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of checkin) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us. We will check ID of every guest wishing to enter home, especially if the person that did the reservation is not at the property yet. The Neighborhood: Hollywood is a great family area. The street on which the home is located is the main street to the beach and also to Youngs circle, shopping, parks, supermarket, and restaurants. 7 miles to Ft Lauderdale International Airport 8 miles to Port Everglades Getting Around: This property has ample parking in driveway or on street. max of 4 cars unless otherwise approved. City buses, Hollywood trolleys go up and down Hollywood beach and also to downtown Hollywood. Uber is quick and readily available in this area Other Things to Note: Please Note House has exterior security surveillence No Loud music No people in the house except booked guests - maximum 14 people All gatherings must be moved inside home at 11pm. No yelling or loud noises outside past 11pm. Driveway can for 2 cars
