This is an immaculate 5 bedroom home that sleeps 10 people. New furnishings throughout, tons of natural light and beautiful pool overlooks the canal. Close to beaches and shopping. It is in a terrific family friendly neighborhood and plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy. Spacious kitchen has everything you need. Also boasts a formal dining room, breakfast nook and 2 living rooms. Toiletries, towels and beach towels provided. Stunning views and beautiful interior. The Space: This amazing home is a newly renovated space with new designer furnishings throughout, you will truly feel like your on a high end luxury beach vacation. You will fall in love with the heart of Hollywood as it is super close to festive downtown, art circle, and the beach. All are less than 5 minutes drive away. Please note House has exterior security surveillance surrounding home. No Parties No Loud music No people in the house except booked guest - maximum 10 people All gatherings must be moved inside home at 10pm. No yelling or loud noises outside past 10 All TV are roku tv so there is no cable. Roku uses netflix, direct tv, hulu, or any internet based movie/tv service. You may use your own account for viewing. **Please note: This home is in an exclusive and quiet waterfront community. We have close relationship with neighbors and as such, quiet hours between 10pm - 8am must be observed outside and at the pool area. This means that there can be no loud music or yelling and voices MUST be kept at a low and respectful level. Any neighbor complaints or evidence of noise level rules not be followed will result in immediate cancellation of reservation.** **Due to Covid Restrictions* Only authorized registered guests who are staying at the property are permitted. NO VISITING GUESTS ARE PERMITTED AT THE HOME** Guest Access: all areas of the property are for guest use. We have one locked maids closet not accessible to guests. ***boat is not available for personal use - even if guests have a captains license*** Interaction with Guests: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self check in with a smart lock. Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of checkin) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us. We will check ID of every guest wishing to enter home, especially if the person that did the reservation is not at the property yet. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is family oriented and quiet. All homes are upscale and maintained well. You'll love the close proximity to beaches and shopping all just a few minutes drive away.
