Welcome to The Skipper – 9B, an upper-level condo with beautiful marsh, ocean, and Intracoastal Waterway views. This well-equipped and maintained unit offers WiFi access and basic cable. Bedroom one has a queen bed with a TV, and bedroom two has two single beds. Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms, and chairs on the balcony make it a perfect spot to relax and take in the views.

- Captain’s Villas community amenities: swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor grills, and private beach access (short walk to access located between 1067 & 1069 OBW).
Included with Weekly Rentals:

- RVs, boats, trailers, golf carts, electric motor vehicles, and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot.
- Renters may not invite guests to use Captain’s Villas amenities; these are reserved for renters staying at Captain’s Villas only.
