The Lee Cottage

The Lee Cottage is a charming second-row beach retreat, perfect for small families or a close group of friends looking to enjoy Holden Beach with ease and convenience. Ideally located near the bridge, this home allows for quick travel on and off the island and is within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, beach rental stores, a coffee shop, the park, and local concerts.

This cozy cottage features three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a double bed—and one full bathroom with a tub and shower. The open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a comfortable space to relax and spend time together. The kitchen is equipped with small appliances, a microwave, and everything needed for simple vacation meals. Additional amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and a stereo/radio.

Step outside and enjoy the covered porch with rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Outdoor features also include a charcoal grill, picnic area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Private beach access is located directly across the street between 205 & 207 OBW, making trips to the sand quick and easy.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Property Manager.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with weekly rentals and contains starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once the starter supplies are used.
