Blue Sunset is a charming beach cottage–style home offering a private pool and easy access to the shore just steps away. This inviting retreat features two master suites on the lower level, each with its own private bathroom. The open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals and gathering with family and friends.
The great room is equipped with a Smart TV, while high-speed internet and HDTV streaming are available in every bedroom for your convenience. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower, a grill, picnic table, and porch rockers for relaxing after a day at the beach. Private beach access is located between 1101 & 1103 OBW.
Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Property Manager.
A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)
