Welcome to Beauty & The Beach – 8B, a pet-friendly tropical retreat offering top-level views of the ocean, marsh, and waterway from both front and back covered decks! Dine on the deck at the hardwood bar table with chairs and rockers overlooking the refreshing pool while enjoying the ocean breeze. Inside, a tropical theme with big, comfy furniture awaits you. Relax in the bonus sitting room with a daybed for a quiet place to read, or let the kids play while you unwind. High-speed internet and 3 TVs provide entertainment for all.

Amenities & Features:
- Private pool, tennis courts, and outdoor charcoal grills as part of Captain’s Villas amenities.
- Short walk across the quiet street to private beach access (located between 1067 & 1069 OBW) and sundeck for sandy toes.

Included with Weekly Rentals:
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for all weekly rentals
- Beds made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
- Welcome Amenity Bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

Rules & Restrictions:
- Captain's Villas guests over 16 must sign a pool waiver prior to receiving key fob; 1 fob per unit opens the gate.
- RVs, boats, trailers, golf carts, electric motor vehicles, and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot.
- Renters may not invite guests to use Captain’s Villas amenities; these are reserved for renters staying at Captain’s Villas only.

Security & Safety:
- The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.

Open May 1st through October 31st (subject to change).
