One bedroom and one bathroom on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor plus a reading nook with views of the river. The basement has one bedroom and one bathroom. The 3-season sunroom is a great option to take in the wildlife. Horse accommodation is available. Run-in shed with a 40x40 paddock. Water on site at the paddock along with electricity. Driveway is trailer friendly. Additional water and electricity are available for trailers. Two additional 24x24 paddocks are available without shelter. The trails and water crossings are horse friendly. Some grassy spots allow for temporary fencing away from the building. Guests must provide their own manure fork and muck bucket for manure disposal in the marked area. $25 per horse per night.
