We will provide you with your unique access code on check-in day. The building has a private parking lot that offers free off-street parking. Please limit to two spots per unit. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease is required and will be sent via email—we request you provide your email address upon booking. Pets may be allowed for stays of 30 nights or more with host approval, with a $200 fee per pet. Hosts live offsite, but we are available via phone or platform messages. The area offers a quiet escape for busy travelling workers, relocating families, or visiting explorers. A car is highly recommended. Please be courteous to the other residents living in the building. The parking lot and laundry area is shared amongst all four units in the building. Stays 30 nights or longer: Signed rental agreement required. Monthly cleaning at $100–$200 (listing dependent). Pet-friendly listings charge $200 per pet (includes ESAs). Stays under 30 nights (pet-friendly listings): $35 per night per approved pet (includes ESAs), capped at $200 per pet per reservation.
