Welcome to Whispering Oaks! The beautiful home is situated directly on Back Sound with its own sandy beach, surrounded by weathered live oaks and picturesque water views that showcase the natural beauty of the area. Enjoy the wrap-around porch and take in the iconic Cape Lookout lighthouse standing visibly on the distant horizon. Catch the ferry at the end of the road, cruise the Cape Lookout National Seashore, and check out this must-see landmark in person. The interior of this home is as charming as the exterior is inviting. The floors are the original pine, the walls are lined with sunlit windows, and the tone is overwhelmingly peaceful. The living space is spacious yet cozy and open to the kitchen, which features blue cabinets, quartz counters, and a white farmer’s sink. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with three twins, perfect for the whole family. Upstairs is the primary bedroom suite. Enjoy privacy and stunning views, from watching the sunset over the water to marveling at the brilliant array of stars in the night sky. Harkers Island seamlessly blends small-town appeal, history, and the allure of coastal living. Whispering Oaks is the Crystal Coast at its finest. BED CONFIGURATIONS: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 3 Twin Beds LOCATION: 121 Pierce Lane Harkers Island, NC 28531 WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. OTHER NOTES: -Fireplace is for decoration only -No smoking -Kayaks and canoes are not for guest use
