The Space: The vibe of the home feels like a luxury beach home with a touch of glam. Seafoam touches with luxe mirror finishes compliment the water view from practically every room. The bedrooms all feature brand new beds with comfortable mattresses and soft bedding. We can also supply pack n play and high chair upon request. We provide all bed linens, towels, and also starter sets of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen - ample cabinetry, double wide fridge, glass top induction stove, fully stocked and includes coffee, tea, spices and creamers. Dining - huge table seats 10 with view to pool and water - 60 inch tv in dining area Living rooms - 2 living spaces with sectional sofas, ROKU TVs - 50 inch Bedroom 1-Master with a king adjustable bed, pull out sofa for 1 guest , access to pool, 70 inch tv. ( no cable) smart tv, large en-suite bath with water closet , vanity , and luxury rainshower shower head. 2 walk in closets. Bedrooms 2-Queen bed, full closet and dresser. Double vanity bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3 on one side of house. ( red one in pics) TV in each room Bedroom 3 queen bed, full closet, dresser access to pool. Bedroom 4 - queen bed, no closet but has hang rack for clothes and dresser. Beautiful led light in headboard. Bedroom 5-queen bed, full closet All TVs, except dining room are Smart TV only. They do not have a cable box. Patio- large heated private pool, jacuzzi (**no strong jets**), canal front with dock ,lots of outdoor seating. We can put up pool safety fence upon request. Home is not childproofed. We welcome children and can provide child items like a high chair and pack n play, however must be honest about the many access points in this home to the pool area. Children must be watched. All doors have locks. Driveway hold 3 -4 cars only. No more than that please. Washer and Dryer are available for your use. They are located inside the garage. Detergent provided. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am - no music or loud noise outside. Absolutely no parties or events. No pets. *Please read all house rules before booking*. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home except for any locked doors marked “Designedvr Staff” Driveway holds 3-4 cars. Interaction with Guests: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self check in with a smart lock. Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of checkin) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us. We will check ID of every guest wishing to enter home, especially if the person that did the reservation is not at the property yet. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is family oriented and quiet.
