The outdoor kitchen, featuring a grill, sink, and mini-fridge, is perfect for grilling a delicious meal as you watch the sunset. Gather around the fire pit for evening conversations, or enjoy feeding the fish and turtles from the dock. Inside, the home feels bright and airy with beautiful wood floors throughout the main living areas. The huge, fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and all the cooking and baking supplies you'll need. Deck and private dock with direct lake access. Use of the provided kayak for exploring the lake. Free parking on the premises. We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. We offer self-check-in for your convenience and will not be on the property during your stay. However, we are always just a message away if you need anything at all, from local recommendations to questions about the home. We have a very quiet and safe neighborhood with new custom built homes. Most stores are within a 10 minute drive for anything you may need. There are plenty of parking spots (driveway and street). Uber/Lyft are recommended for any transportation needs if driving is not an option. Water Safety: The home's deck and dock are directly on the water. The lake is not fenced. Please be mindful and supervise young children at all times. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are in place. They monitor the exterior of the property only and there are no cameras inside the home. Family-Friendly: A high chair and a pack 'n play are available for your use. Please let us know in advance if you need them. Events: Small get-togethers with guests not staying overnight are permitted, but please notify the host. An additional fee of $10 per person will apply to account for additional wear and tear.
