Can't beat this location, directly in the heart of Gulf Shores with many restaurants and entertainment walking distance. This unit has stunning views with floor to ceiling windows or relax on the private balcony. The perfect vacation spot to enjoy these top amenities including: the zero entry pool, fitness center, sauna, and BBQ area. The Space: Newly renovated three bedroom condo completely redecorated and painted with smart TVs through out the unit. It has an open concept layout that is perfect for your next family vacation! Upon entry to the unit you will find the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and everything needed to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. Enjoy your meal at the table for eight with additional seating of four at the kitchen bar. The comfortable and colorful living area is just what you need after a long day at the beach. The living room has a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the private balcony. The large main bathroom has a soaking jet tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with flat screen TV and second private bath with walk-in shower. Third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin over full-size bunk bed and trundle bed. The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Guest Access: Parking passes & wristbands must be purchased & picked up at the 3rd floor front desk (8am-12am / 7 days a week). Parking passes are $50 (from March 1st through the last day of Shrimp Fest each year) & the duration of each pass shall be fourteen (14) days. Following the last day of Shrimp Fest through February 28th, the duration shall be for the entirety of each stay. Wristbands are free of charge year-round. Two (2) parking passes shall be available to purchase for each rented unit. Additional passes may be issued by San Carlos staff depending on occupancy rates couple w/ holiday & event schedules at the time each request is made. No cash will be accepted, debit/credit cards only. The Neighborhood: San Carlos is conveniently located down East Beach Boulevard within walking distance to The Hangout, The Pink Pony Pub, Sea & Suds and other restaurants and shopping. The complex is located directly on the beach and you are minutes from area attractions! Located just minutes from The Tracks, Waterville USA, putt-putt and other Gulf Shores activities. Getting Around: Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a left at the "T". The San Carlos condominium will be on your right. It is the complex right after Regatta. You can park underneath the covered parking on either the first or second floor. Other Things to Note: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. There is NO smoking in the condos, common areas OR on the balcony per HOA rules. If you want to smoke, you have to smoke in the designated area for the charcoal grills onsite For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
