Choose from an abundance of 'at reach' activities or take an easy time-out on the nearly 400 feet of pristine white beach sands right outside your unit. The perfect vacation spot to enjoy these top amenities including: the zero entry pool, fitness center, sauna, and BBQ area. This property is within reach of championship golf courses, gulf fishing, upscale shopping, and area restaurants. Bedroom 1 = King Bedroom 2 = Queen Bedroom 3 - Bunkbed (Twin over Double). The Space: Walk into the spacious condo and bedroom 2 is to your left and bedroom 3 to your right. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (twin over double). There is an en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and attached bathroom. This bathroom may also be accessed from the hall and is a tub/shower combination. There is a full-size washer & dryer located conveniently behind the doors in the hall. The well-equipped kitchen is on your left and is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up something during your stay. The condo opens up to a dining area and spacious living area with balcony access. To the right is the main bedroom suite. The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed and it, too, has balcony access. The en-suite main bathroom has dual sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. Guest Access: Parking passes & wristbands must be purchased & picked up at the 3rd floor front desk (8am-12am / 7 days a week). Parking passes are $50 (from March 1st through the last day of Shrimp Fest each year) & the duration of each pass shall be fourteen (14) days. Following the last day of Shrimp Fest through February 28th, the duration shall be for the entirety of each stay. Wristbands are free of charge year-round. Two (2) parking passes shall be available to purchase for each rented unit. Additional passes may be issued by San Carlos staff depending on occupancy rates couple w/ holiday & event schedules at the time each request is made. No cash will be accepted, debit/credit cards only. The Neighborhood: San Carlos is conveniently located down East Beach Boulevard within walking distance to The Hangout, The Pink Pony Pub, Sea & Suds and other restaurants and shopping. The complex is located directly on the beach and you are minutes from area attractions! Getting Around: Take I-59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a left at the T. The San Carlos condominium will be on your right. It is the complex right after Regatta. You can park underneath the covered parking on either the first or second floor. Other Things to Note: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. There is NO smoking in the condos, common areas OR on the balcony per HOA rules. If you want to smoke, you have to smoke in the designated area for the charcoal grills onsite For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
