Property Summary

Beautiful 3-bedroom PENTHOUSE condo at Seawind Condominiums down East Beach in Gulf Shores! Located on the penthouse level, this beautiful three-bedroom condo has panoramic views of the white, sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. With a fully stocked kitchen, you can enjoy a meal inside or sit out on the balcony enjoying the Gulf air! The balcony may be accessed from the main bedroom suite, second bedroom or living area! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Around the penthouse, you can access the complex that has a fitness area, as well as the outdoor pool, kids pool, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The complex is located ON the beach, so just walk out to the gulf from the elevator! Seawind condominiums are located next door to Sea N Suds restaurant and within walking distance to The Hangout and The Pink Pony Pub. Whether you are staying a weekend, week or longer, the views from this Penthouse condo at Seawind will last in your memories forever! Bedroom 1 - One King Bed Bedroom 2 - One King Bed Bedroom 3 - Two Bunk Beds (Full over Full) and (Twin over Twin) living area = sleeper sofa For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Seasoning items are not provided for the safety reasons of our guest The Space: The condo is a little over 1800 square feet and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The balcony overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico with the sugary, white sand of Gulf Shores! The balcony may be accessed from the main bedroom suite, the second bedroom or the living area. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and separate garden, jacuzzi tub. The second bathroom may be accessed from the hall by the kitchen or the 3rd bedroom. It has dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room as well as kid toys. The living area is spacious with amazing views! Plenty of seating at the dining area and additional bar stools in the kitchen! Guest Access: Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. There is covered parking to the right as well as outdoor parking. Take the elevator under the building to the PH level. Take a left off the elevator and the condo is on your right (04). There will be a key pad on the door. You will simply key in your code. The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $40/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite. Seawind does require wristbands to be worn when using the common areas. These are on the counter in the kitchen. There will only be 12. Use these during your stay and place back upon departure. The Neighborhood: Seawind is located within walking distance to The Hangout, The Pink Pony Pub and next door to Sea N Suds. You are near the Gulf State Park. Shopping, restaurants and activities are nearby! Getting Around: Take I-59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a left at the T. The Seawind condominium complex will be on your right. It is the complex right after San Carlos. You can park underneath the covered parking or in front of the building. Let the guard know you are checking-in. Other Things to Note: There is a beach chair/umbrella service for a fee. The company that takes of this charges onsite and has different packages based on number of dates/nights. Someone at least 25 must on the reservation and present at check-in. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
