Features: Single level, 1400sf, 3bd, 2ba. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Maximum occupancy is 7, including infants and children of any age. Transformable all-in-one pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard. Wall-mounted heating and evaporative a/c (not central H/A). Please do not try to use the propane fireplace--it is not hooked up. Refrigerator, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair blow dryer, iron & ironing board. Propane BBQ. Garage not available for guest-use. 

Parking for up to 6 cars. Tesla Charger and adapter. 

No pets allowed, please.

Gated resort community with 24-hour security. Airport, 18-hole championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts, community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, three sandy beaches on the lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: expansive sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack shack, sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $50 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.

The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
