Gated Community Access Permits
Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and goes directly to PML HOA. A stay of eight or more nights will require additional fees, as per PMLA regulations.
