Kathy's Korner - Pet Friendy with Large Deck!

Kathy's Korner is a pet-friendly mountain retreat located within walking distance of Lake Lodge Beach in Pine Mountain Lake. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers 1,700 square feet of space and is perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

The home features WiFi, four TVs, a DVD player, and central heating and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washer, and dryer. Guests can enjoy the large deck and cook on the gas BBQ (propane not included).

Community & Access Information
Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with 24-hour security. The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a one-time $50 fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is non-refundable and paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
This is a pet-friendly home with a pet fee of $75 plus tax per stay.
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.

This property has both interior and exterior stairways. There are seven steps leading to the front entrance.
