Good Neighbor House Rules
Our goal is to make this a wonderful and memorable vacation for you. Please review the Good Neighbor sign posted in the guest directory for details.
• Sound – quiet hours 10pm to 8am unless posted differently in the home.
• Trash – keep trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in provided bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage containers.
• Smoking – no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home, please dispose of all butts outside in appropriate trash containers.
Pet Specific Rules (only for those properties that are advertised as pet friendly)
We love our furry friends, however; they have rules just like we do. If extra cleaning is necessary due to rule violations, an additional fee will be applied.
• Keep pets off furniture and beds.
• Exercise pets outside. The neighbors do not appreciate visits from our four-legged friends so please take extra care to keep a close eye on them.
• Do not leave pets unattended, if you must leave them at home alone, they must be kenneled.
• Please clean up after your furry friend before leaving. Small trash bags are provided.
