Situated in the heart of Colorado's Western Slope, this dog-friendly studio provides direct access to scenic hiking and biking trails, while being just moments away from downtown shopping and indulging in wine from our renowned Palisade wineries. Pack your bags and embark on a memorable journey soaking up the sun in our picturesque countryside.
As you enter this home, you will see a bench with built-in hooks to store coats and shoes. The living room is equipped with a brand-new Smart TV, DVD player with a vast collection of DVD movies to choose from, and a sleeper sofa couch. Just off the living room, is a table for two that can be used for both meals and remote work. Separating the living room from the bedroom, is an abbonto bar with storage for books and local vineyard wine. Sleeping area includes a comfy queen bed with many pillows. The kitchenette is well-stocked with multiple amenities including a full refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has a well-lit vanity area and an oversized walk-in shower. Secure storage is available for bicycle, golf equipment and vehicle in our extended single car garage. While this home is pet-friendly, we accept dogs only for this property.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles, do not block the sidewalks or driveways
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the garbage cans
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-dog friendly only, keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
