Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with important arrival details. Two hours before check-in, a text message will be sent with the property address and your smart lock door code.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles, do not block the sidewalks or driveways
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the garbage cans
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-dog friendly only, keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
