Escape to our cute and cozy couple's retreat in the hidden gem of Grand Valley! Minutes from endless adventures, explore downtown's shopping, art galleries, and restaurants, catch college or Jackalope baseball games at Suplizio Field, or indulge in biking/hiking on our scenic trails. A short drive takes you to world-renowned wineries, Palisade peaches, and the breathtaking Colorado National Monument or Grand Mesa. After your day of exploration, relax at our comfy oasis in this prime location. Treat yourself to local Enstrom's chocolates or savor a craft beer at The Rockslide Brew Pub. Your perfect getaway awaits!Newly renovated and equipped with everything you will need for a comfy stay. When entering the home, you will find a spacious living room with a Smart TV and comfortable theater style sofa. To the right, there is a table for two to enjoy your morning coffee. As you walk toward the kitchen on the right, you will find a work desk to catch up on emails or connect with friends. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready if a home cooked meal is desired. To the left of the living room is a single bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a spacious shelving closet to unpack and feel at home. The bedroom connects to a full bathroom. The laundry area is furnished with a stacked washer and dryer. Out back you will find a roomy and fully fenced yard with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture to enjoy an evening nightcap. It is truly home away from home.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-street parking is limited to 1-2 vehicles.
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container.
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home.
Pets welcome. Please keep pets kenneled if left alone in the home.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
