Other things to note
• Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with important arrival details. Two hours before check-in, a text message will be sent with the property address and your smart lock door code.
• Private parking is available for one vehicle in the back of the property, accessible via the alley. Additional street parking is also available for your convenience.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-street parking is limited to 1-2 vehicles.
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container.
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home.
Pets welcome. Please keep pets kenneled if left alone in the home.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
