Unwind at Sparn Mountain Hideaway, your cozy home away from home, offering all you need for a comfortable stay with friends and family. Kick back and make memories!When you enter our Sparn Mountain Hideaway, you are welcomed into a lovely living room with not just one but two full leather couches, one serving as a sofa sleeper, and a smart TV.  The large modern dining table has plenty of room with seating for 6-8 guests. The kitchen has an open bar into the dining room which creates a great place to gather. The kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and is fully stocked with all you need to have a home cooked meal. Directly past the living room and down the hallway to the right is the full bathroom that is suited with a full bathtub/shower and plenty of counter space to spread out.  This home features three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and a workspace with a desk and chair. Another bedroom, which is great for kids, is equipped with two twin beds and full dresser. The next bedroom is suited with a comfy queen bed to feel at home. Between the kitchen and hallway is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Out back you will find a patio area with a propane grill great for barbeques and hanging out with friends.  There is off-street parking to the side of the home.

Sound-quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Parking-private parking is limited to 2 vehicles. More parking available on the street in front of home.
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container.
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home.
Pets-Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pets are to be kenneled if left unattended. Please clean up after your pet before departing.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
