Main House

The spacious kitchen serves as the heart of the home, offering plenty of room for cooking, gathering, and entertaining. The dining area features a large table with seating for eight, making it perfect for shared meals and conversation.

The second level includes four uniquely themed bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

• No events or parties allowed
• Heated pool operates seasonally from April through October
• No fenced in yard for pets – pet rules posted in the home
• Check-in instructions are sent via email 7 days prior to arrival
• Smart lock access information and property address are texted 2 hours before check-in
• Violations may result in immediate eviction and/or forfeiture of reservation costs
• Noise monitoring devices are installed on the property
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local ordinance
• Law enforcement involvement due to disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund

Parking-parking limited to 10-12 vehicles, please do not block the garage entrance.
Trash-keep trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage containers
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Pets-keep pets off furniture and beds, exercise pets outside, do not leave pets unattended, and clean up after your pet.
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, you may leave food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
