Your perfect getaway awaits!As you enter the home, you will be right at home in the stylish living room with plenty of seating for all. The sofa converts to a double sofa sleeper. The living area leads to a contemporary open kitchen with all new appliances.  You will nestle into the plush beds in either the master bedroom with a king bed or the secondary bedroom with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms with beautifully tiled showers and marble countertops. Relish your private outdoor area that faces east, providing shade in the afternoons; perfect for grilling and relaxing after a day of adventure. The home is equipped with forced air heating and AC, is stair-free, and located on a quiet dead-end street, ensuring no through traffic.

Sound-quiet hours 8pm to 8am
Parking-parking limited to 2 vehicles
Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage can
Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in cans
