Welcome to The Heights, a four-bedroom house on Lake Tahoe's South Shore in Zephyr Cove, where a hot tub and a deck with a BBQ grill sit above the water. Four bedrooms sleep up to 10, and Zephyr Cove Beach is about a mile away.

This 2,350-square-foot home spreads across two levels, with the living room, dining area, and a king bedroom up top and three more bedrooms downstairs. Mornings start with coffee and the lake view, and evenings wind down in the hot tub or out on the deck with the BBQ going. The Stateline casino district and Heavenly Village are both a short drive away, so the group has beach days, skiing, and nights out all within easy reach.

✦ This is a multi-level home with stairs to the lower-level bedrooms, so plan ahead for young kids and anyone with mobility needs.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy 10 guests.
✦ No parties or gatherings. Celebrations or events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ The primary renter must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
