Drive 3 miles West to Galveston Island State Park for lovely views and a nice afternoon of nature, beach combing, shell collecting and more, or drive 6 miles east to the Renowned Historic Strand District, where you can peruse the shops to find souvenirs and gifts for loved ones, There is plenty of antiquing available here as well as museums and historical tours. Slow down the pace and explore the East End Lagoon Nature Preserve, do some beachcombing, and search for sea glass, and be sure to visit the iconic 1894 Bishop's Palace for a tour.

This cozy home has all the essentials with a kitchen, complete with oven/stove, fridge, microwave, Granite counters, breakfast bar and coffeemaker - everything you need for making and enjoying meals in.
