The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the loft provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk, perfect for kids or additional guests.

After a day on the mountain, relax in the warm and welcoming living area with a cozy fireplace, large windows, and a private balcony with mountain views and fresh alpine air.

Guests also enjoy access to shared building amenities, including a hot tub, two saunas, and a community grill on the hot tub deck, ideal for après-ski unwinding or summer evenings outdoors. There is shared laundry on the first floor at the end of the hallway, it is coin operated.

No parties, smoking, vaping, trailers, RVs, or outdoor open fires. Follow all posted noise, parking, HOA, and common-area rules. Dogs allowed only in designated dog-friendly properties: $100 per dog, maximum 2; no cats. Clean up after dogs. Guests must remove trash, report damage before departure, and are responsible for damage not covered by the damage waiver and any fines caused by rule violations.
