Downstairs, you'll find a second primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with an attached bathroom. The lower level also includes a second living area with a smart TV and a queen pullout sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the designated game room, equipped with a foosball table, PAC-MAN, and tabletop shuffleboard.

Step outside to the spacious patio with a private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The deck on the main level overlooks a spacious meadow, where you can explore a groomed 1.5-mile cross-country loop in the winter, or enjoy fishing (catch and release only) and a frisbee golf course in the summer.
