Packages and deliveries (Amazon, UPS, DHL, etc.) cannot be received at the front desk and must be sent directly to the condo address. USPS does not deliver inside. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets. • We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need. • Please kindly note the thermostat is locked to prevent the temperature from being set below 72°F for safety reasons and prevent the unit from freezing. • Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies. • Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier.
