Additional details will be provided upon booking. - Guests are expected to respect the resort's quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community. - Packages may be shipped directly to the home address. Please arrange deliveries for times when you are home, as we are unable to store or handle packages. If a package is mistakenly addressed to the clubhouse, or if no one is available to receive it, the resort will charge a $20 handling fee, payable at the Front Desk. USPS does not deliver to the property, though Amazon typically delivers directly to the front door. Please kindly note that we cannot accept liability for mail or packages. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area. - Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. - Pets are not permitted in the home. - Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation. -Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.2 -Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors. - Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets. - We have pots and pans in the kitchen, please bring condiments. - No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry!
