The sofa folds out to a Queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. Has a twin Murphy bed in dining/living area. The dining area can accommodate 4 and there is additional new wicker bar seating as well. The kitchen is luxurious with its new stone countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and updated fixtures. The kitchen is spacious and full stocked with new pots, pans, coffee maker, and cutting boards. All you need to bring is some groceries and you have everything you need to cook up a quick bite before heading to the complex pool or a short walk to the beach.

The bathroom features a combination tub/shower, the tub is new. The new sink/vanity has ample space for getting ready to start the day.

The bedroom has been redone to make you have the best sleep possible. The room features black out curtains so you can sleep as late as you want. The new platform bed offers a new Jamison pillowtop mattress, you’ll think you’re sleeping on a cloud. The bedroom offers a flat screen TV on the new dresser is situated so you can watch a show before drifting off to sleep.

The second-floor balcony has new patio furniture so you can enjoy the private space in comfort while drinking your morning cup of coffee. The balcony overlooks the complex pool. The condo is just a short walk from the public beach access but you don’t have to cross any busy streets to get to the beautiful white sandy beach.

You must check-in at our office located at 885 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox outside our office door. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
