* Boat Dock with power and water – additional fee of $38.00 per foot per day (+processing fee).  Electrical service is 30AMP.  Boat size max is 60'. Please coordinate your boat/yacht details immediately after reserving the dates.  Payment should be processed immediately via Redawning. 

* Pool Heat  available for an additional $25.00 per night (+ processing fee) for the duration of the stay.

* Stay in Guests are strictly maxed to 10 people. 

 *Smoke detectors are installed throughout the property. 

*Strictly No Pets allowed. Penalty applies. 

* STRICTLY NO LOUD PARTIES ALLOWED.  Penalty fees will apply if rule is not followed.
