Our condo is a stunning luxury getaway located on the Ft Lauderdale beachfront. Views from the balcony overlooking the amazing Ft Lauderdale . Our distinctive condo offers an Italian marble bathroom with deep-soaking tub and separate shower, as well as an exclusive balcony or terrace. ***Please read and understand the listing details including the "Other Things to Note" section before booking*** The Space: You will love this beautifully furnished modern condo. The furnishings are modern beach inspired for a relaxing retreat. It has two queen beds. Our place is on the beach and located on the 7h floor. Near parks, cafes and shopping. Beautiful beach offers lots of oceanfront dining, parks and much more. Amenities include use of the beautiful swimming pool and access to the gym. Studio Condo-2 Queen Beds. 1 Bathroom. *Please note* Check in time is 4pm Checkout time is 11 am **Early check-in and late check-out are not available at this property. Also note, that booking the night before you arrive is also not an option to guarantee early check-in. This is the policy of the hotel-they do not check guests in until 4pm.** Check in time is 4pm or later Checkout time is 11am No Exceptions. 2 Beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included. Additional beach chair and umbrella are $14.95+tax EACH per day. Chairs and towels will be supplied for free at the pool area. The building does have a roof top pool with gorgeous views, hot tub, for your use from 8 am to dusk. *As our guests you will be getting the following;* -Use of the Gym - Free daily cleaning of the condo- towels restocked or changed - Access to stunning pool and hot tub and free pool towels - Valet parking at 55$+tax per day- ***no option to self park *** -$40 day resort charge for amenities -$150 /day security deposit hold placed upon check in. - 1 Umbrella and 2 beach chairs are included. - You will receive WIFI password upon check in. - Access to the hotels beautiful restaurants, bars, gourmet market and spa with services a la carte. (pay with cash or credit as you use them. - Greeter and help with bags -***please note that you will not have access to the amenities (pool area, etc) until you after you check-in*** *Services NOT offered by hosts* -Early check-in/late check-out - Room service - No concierge services or front desk services. You cannot call them for issues in the condo--your point of contact will be us! We are here for you! -No bellman service and luggage racks or luggage hold/storage. Please keep this in mind if you have a early arriving flight and plan accordingly. Our greeter can help you with your bags after the 4pm check in time. - No paying for services with your room key. All services you wish to have will need to be paid a la carte. Meaning - at the time (aka "room charging privileges") -No laundry services or facilities. We can recommend a close Laundromat or cleaners service if needed. Guest Access: There are public areas in which you can wait for check- in such as the bar lounge or cafe on the lower lobby. No amenities access until after you check-in. Please keep in mind that although the hotel staff are friendly and convenient- they are there to service the customers of the hotel. As our guests, we, your hosts, are you main point of contact. We will assist you in any way possible with your needs to ensure your stay is amazing. Interaction with Guests: We will personnel greet you at the entrance and help you to your room. Other than that we are available via text or call anytime! Other Things to Note: Guests should understand that our privately owned condo is located inside a hotel. The hotel is stunning and offers a beautiful atmosphere. However, because our guests are NOT guests of the hotel there are amenities that are NOT availability to our guests or will be available at a fee at your discretion. Important things to note: 1.
